How to add tagline to all pages on Mobile view, Brine

Hey guys. Thanks in advance for your help.

I like the desktop layout on Brine, my template family, but I would like for the Site Title and Tagline to appear on every page on my mobile view, as well. Right now only the Site Title (my name) does.

I know almost nothing about code, so any insight you have would be extremely helpful.
