For requests like this I'd suggest contacting Squarespace Customer Care as they will be able to generate new certificates for you, or pinpoint where the issue may be.
When transferring my domain, I got a message stating there was an error in creating my security certificate. Looked all through the help/support page on how to fix it. The closest thing I could find was going back to my original domain provider and updating the CNAME and A info in my DNS settings. However, the domain was already transferred and doesn't exist at my previous provider. Please help! Having so much trouble getting the site up and going. Thanks so much!
