H1 doesn't show up for most blog posts

Hi, I'm using the Foster theme and found that Blog post headlines only show up as H1 in one our of ten blog posts.

I've searched around for similar issues and have only seen issues related to separate H1 styling for blog posts.

Has anyone encountered challenges getting blog titles or headlines to present as H1?
