Okay, I realize this may be a lot to digest but hopefully someone understands.
On my webpage I have my terms of service agreement. I would like my potential client to be able to enter their name in it and I get the full thing back once they click submit (the terms of service with the details they input merged into it).
I don't know how to do it. So far, I have the terms of service there in addition to the name field where I want it to be. I figured I could use mailchimp to gather everything so once the submit button is clicked, it will redirect them to the next step in the process. After I got that far, I noticed that mailchimp won't work without an email field so I'm back to square one.
Is there a way to do it with squarespace's form instead or a third party that will give me an embed code?

Okay, I figured it out.
I went to mailchimp and edited the opt-in confirmation email to match my terms of agreement exactly and placed the merge tags in the email (I used them in the html portion of the form on that page as well...I used the whole mailchimp "naked" code actually... with a few tweaks)
Now, when someone clicks through, it will send them the email with the merges completed which makes it seem like a complete copy of the agreement. I added the "date" merge tags as well to have the date they complete the form (it will trigger the email the same day so that's how it will have the correct date). After I did that, I setup the mailchimp form to redirect for the sign up thank you page back to a page on my site!! I'm excited. It was a long workaround and i'm super sleepy after trying to figure it out but hopefully someone else can use the workaround if they need a last resort. I did all of this stuff I mentioned under "list" in mailchimp and not campaign.
