Welcome to the Squarespace Answers forum! Here are some things you should know before jumping in.
Answers is community-driven
While Squarespace moderates the forum, it’s more likely that another user within the community will answer your question. If you have a question for Squarespace, or would like to submit a feature request or bug report, please reach out to the Customer Care team here.
Be as descriptive as possible
Include as much relevant information in your question as you can. The community will be more likely to help if you also include a link to your website.
Comments are not answers
There are two options for contributing to an existing post: commenting or answering. If you are replying to another user or requesting more information on a question, you should add your response as a comment using these links. If you have a solution for the question, use this answer field.
Give credit where credit is due
If another user provides a helpful answer to your question, accept that answer using this “Accept” link to award that user reputation points.
Vote to help others
If you find a question or answer helpful, vote it up using the up arrow. This will let other users searching for that question know that there’s a good answer there. Upvoting also gives the user reputation points!
Don’t put users on the spot
Please refrain from @ mentioning users who have not taken any action on your posts. There are many contributors in the community who may be able to provide a solution.
Submit your feedback
Although Squarespace doesn’t currently track feature requests or platform issues on the Answers forum, they always want to hear your feedback. If you have an idea for a new feature or would like to report an issue with the platform, please reach out to the Customer Care team here.
